I've had the pleasure of playing this fine bass. Can't believe it's not gone yet.
If I lived in the area, I would consider selling something else of mine to try and come up with the money. Really amazed it hasn't sold.

Re: Kay Bass for sale

Sorry to hear about not being able to play more. This looks like a very good bass and hopefully someone near you will be interested. Good luck with the sale.

It is a pretty dead site anymore.

Hope everyone has a great, yet safe, time with friends and family during the holidays.

PJB Bass Cub 100

Anyone use this for upgright and electric?

I have about pulled the trigger twice, and I am selling my motorcycle, and when it sells I am thinking of a very small portable bass that will do what I want without breaking the bank.

Re: Shoulder surgery

Hope the surgery goes well and work on the PT. It makes all the difference in the world.

I quit coming here but once a week, because nobody was posting. I moved that to once a month. I hate to see it go.

Re: Busking anyone?

In some towns Busking takes a permit, which costs money and time. We don't do it, because we have enough shows to cover any of the times. We do free events as fundraisers to help others out and do jams and things. I really enjoyed New Orleans and all the busking. Was fun, cost me a lot of money to w...

Re: April will be a fun month!

Usually the urge for more comes quickly. Until it become too much more too quickly and you lose the freedom for doing other fun things. I love playing, but I also love creating art and hanging with friends and theatre and other peoples live performance, etc.... Have fun and keep playing and performi...

Many of you may be traveling during the holiday season. Please be safe, and always try to be the positive person, even with all of the stress of the holidays. Re: New (to me) 5 String Jazz bass

I just bought some half round D'Addario for the current favorite 4 string and the 5 string and see if I like them as much as I remember. I have tried a lot of strings and gave up on GHS as they always seemed to break, so I am back to my D'Addario.
